I have been going here for 2 years now and I have enjoyed all of my experiences so far. Everybody that I have interacted with is super friendly. They listen to my concerns, answer my questions and do a fantastic job taking care of my teeth. I replaced my Invisalign retainers a few months ago, and they were so transparent with everything including the procedure, timeline and cost so there were no surprises. Entire staff are very professional, attentive, and friendly. The hygienist, Rosemary, has a very gentle touch. Dr Osborn is sincerely interested in my dental health and spends time to explain what is going on in my mouth.
My husband and I have been patients of North Pines Dental Care, Dr. Brent Osborn for over 15 years. I like their service very much. I never wait in the lobby for over 3-4 minutes to be called in. They are always ready to find time for me the same day if I have an emergency. Dr. Osborn is very knowledgeable and companionate dentist. His staff is very friendly and nice. Love this office!! I've been seeing Dr. Osborn and North Pines Dental for at least 15 years, even moving out of state, I will continue with our visits. The staff and all the Dr's have been great for my family. They take their time and listen when issues arise and address any and all concerns we have. Highly recommend.
