my name is Joseph J Innamorata i am writing a great review for reinaldo ramos he is such a great worker at THE V.A. CLINIC IN NORTH PINELLAS HE GREETS ALL THE VETERANS WITH A SMILE HE IS THE HEART AND SOUL OF THAT CLINIC
Wait time is ridiculous. Why schedule appts if I’m going to sit in your waiting room for a half hour or longer after my scheduled time.
If you have an appointment to get blood drawn, don’t expect to be seen at or even near your appointment time. I have no idea what takes so long but I had to leave because I still hadn’t been seen 20 minutes after my appointment time and I had to get to work. I’m here for the second appointment I made because I had to leave and I’m still waiting, 10 minutes after my appointment time. There are only 4 people in the waiting room with me. Unacceptable.
Lord help you if you come to this VA for mental health. Dr will no longer be at the VA with no notice. New Dr's absolutely do not listen to you and seem to only be there to push a medication you've said doesn't work. Theur answer? Take more of the same thing.
Amazing doctor new facility very clean staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable what a good place to go.
