The nursing staff and surgery center staff at North Pinellas Surgery Center were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Anoop Goyal, who is a part owner of the practice, was the complete opposite. Dr. Goyal was the physician I had previously seen in his office and the person who ordered my endoscopy and colonoscopy. Sat there close to an hour nobody said anything we finally went up to the desk and they said they’re running an hour behind. That place is terrible. I will never go there again.
My first time having an colonoscopy and also being put under anesthesia; I was very nervous. The front staff is a bit cold and gruff but that stopped as soon as I was called back. Every team member was amazing and I wish I could remember them all by name! The pre-procedure staff (Nina) was so kind and chatty helping put me at ease. EXCELLENT FACILITY! Dr. Noah DeVicente is the consummate professional, caring, organized, knowledgeable, efficient, experienced, kind and genuinely cares greatly about his patients. I consider him to be a gift as my Dr. The whole process was seamless, what an amazing facility!
