I came in at 5:20 because I fell and hurt my wrist and my wrist snapped and I haven’t been able to really move it or do anything Without having pain in the middle of a huge snowstorm just to be told sorry we’re done taking patients. I don’t understand why It doesn’t pop up when you guys stop taking walk-ins. I just drove from very far because I prefer this place just to be told that.
I have never felt so comfortable with anyone as I am with Urgent Care! From the time you walk in the door, The receptionist and the girls that work there are just amazing they take time with you before you see the doctor. They just make you feel so comfortable. As for the doctors Eric and James, they are the most amazing physicians. They take time to listen and explain everything you feel like you matter. I would recommend Urgent Care to everyone.
