I had a problem with my condo heating system, called numerous hvac businesses who didn’t work on heat pumps, and one who failed to call back. I was finally given the number for White Pine, they immediately answered and called back to give me a same day appointment. They arrived on time, Austin and Kevin were very friendly and professional then solved a very unusual problem. Professional, friendly, polite. During the estimate process new to heat pumps; Daniel was quick and patient with regard to answering all our questions. Kept us informed re equipment arrival and installation dates.
Glad I didn't deal with these guys. Customer service is horrible. Asked for a quote, been 2 weeks and I finally said not to bother. Also, Daniel lied when I asked about rebates. He told me that they expired. Stay away...no customer service and dishonesty are 2 huge flags for me, and should be for you.
Obtained 4 quotes. North Pine was by far the best quote. Installed two weeks after quote accepted. Great service. Great price.
