Professional, friendly, polite. During the estimate process new to heat pumps; Daniel was quick and patient with regard to answering all our questions. Kept us informed re equipment arrival and installation dates.
Glad I didn't deal with these guys. Customer service is horrible. Asked for a quote, been 2 weeks and I finally said not to bother. Also, Daniel lied when I asked about rebates. He told me that they expired. Stay away...no customer service and dishonesty are 2 huge flags for me, and should be for you.
Obtained 4 quotes. North Pine was by far the best quote. Installed two weeks after quote accepted. Great service. Great price.
