Looking forward to trying out the new North Pier villas
I love their location, right on the beach. The units need some tender loving care. I've owned there several years and looking forward to coming back ever year. Wish they would repair the pier, loved fishing there.
I stayed at North Pier Ocean Villas last week (11/15-11/22/2020). Found the unit itself to be clean, but outdated. All items you would need were provided for kitchen/bath - although not high quality. Space was adequate for family of 4. Stayed on second floor, no elevator which made it a haul up/down stairs - no elevator working at time of visit.
