Cannot speak highly enough of this gym. They are inclusive, patient and supportive of all types of people, from older gym goers, to vulnerable people within the area. You feel safe and free. A culture that is difficult to cultivate in a gym setting. I would like to make a specific mention of PTs Josh and Sam, both of whom have been a breath of fresh air for people who want to better their lives, get moving and stay authentic while doing so. If Carlsberg made gyms.... Brilliant atmosphere and wonderful, welcoming and motivational coaching. Great community spirit which adds to the support and encouragement. It's changed my life for the better. Very grateful and very lucky to have The Gym nearby.
Have been attending group classes as NPRFC Gym for a few months now, there is always a lovely group of people in the classes with a variety of ages & abilities. The facilities are clean & tidy, with staff always available if you require any help. Reasonably priced memberships & always a bonus supporting local business. Definitely recommend.
