NPV have always provided a thorough service for our much loved cat, Max. Nothing is ever too difficult for the staff and are very attentive to all of our needs. From the front office staff, nurses and vets, we have always been provided the best service and care.
Our baby and light of our life, Moose, had a nasty urinary issue which he really struggled with. Throughout, the team at this clinic were empathetic, caring, responsive, and practical. Dr Pip and the team went truly above and beyond to help our little guy. He's now home, recovering well, and getting lots of pets from his mums <3
We will never forget the kindness and compassion that Dr Pip and the team showed when our cat needed an emergency appointment when her illness took a turn for the worst on a busy weekend. They made the unbearable pain of her loss a little easier that day, and our only regret is not living closer (our cats hate the car!) Thank you Dr Pip, your empathy and knowledge are a credit to your profession
They always take great care of our cat. After his last procedure, they called the next day to check he was okay. Thanks team!
People here are amazing! My nonna got the wrong date and time but they still helped her with 0 judgement and did the appointment even on the wrong day! Just amazing kind hearted people
