Dr Michael Harley (Dr Mick) is an incredibly knowledgeable and attentive GP. He takes the time to genuinely listen and explains things in a unique and thoughtful way. It’s evident he truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing. Both my partner and I feel so fortunate to be under his care, it makes such a difference having a doctor we trust completely. I feel incredibly lucky to have someone of his calibre so close to home (although I wouldn’t hesitate to travel). Second to none.
Dr Joytsana is a knowledgeable and caring GP. She allocates enough time for patients but at the same time she is efficient and there is no wait time. I highly recommend her especially for women’s health.
Very disappointing experience. I arrived 10–15 minutes late to an appointment to receive blood test results and called the clinic immediately. Telehealth was not offered (I was told “the doctors do not like Telehealth”), and I was charged a $30 non-attendance fee. At no point during booking or in appointment reminders was I advised that such a fee would apply. We have left this surgery as I d felt like the Dr we had , wasnt listening to my concerns about my health ,when I asked for pain treatment for my athritic pain ( shown in a scan) I was prescribed anti=inflammatory medication, even when I mentioned that I wasnt recommended to use it due to my gastric sleeve( also in my notes )I was made to feel like I was drug seeking( I have never used or seeked illegal drugs ) and im working in the community mental health , addiction and NDIS feild )as she wouldn't prescribe anything else ,... read more
