I was promised an order mailed to me and faxed somewhere in what was supposed to be a timely manner. left multiple voicemail. that never got returned and had a phone appointment where susan schwartz were to call me and never did. where as, I called the office itself and there was a message that said the officers were closed due to inclement weather. I was promised back a phone call by one of the secretaries and never received a call back from them either. I am very disappointed in their behavior there and demand justice!
