I CHARGEG MY GAS 9PM SATURDAY NIGHT, PUMP WAS OUT OF PAPER SO I COULDN'T GET MY RECIEPT. ATTENDANT WAS THERE AND SAID HE COULDN'T GIVE ME A RECIEPT SAID COME BACK TOMORROW! I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY...RUDE ATTENDANT COULDN'T GIVE ME MY RECIEPT.....SAYS I HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER TOMORROW FOR RECIEPT....ALL BECAUSE THEY DON'T KEEP THE PUMPS FILLED WITH RECIEPT PAPER! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE ATTENDANT, NOT AT ALL HELPFUL......HOW MANY TRIPS WILL I HAVE TO MAKE TO GET MY RECIEPT!!!
We waited over a week to get an appointment, then when we went to drop off the car the guy at the desk told us we didn't have any appointment. They took the car but it was 8 days until we got it back. The cost was $200 more than what we were quoted. After driving home there was a new noise in the back where they worked. Rockstars! I was halfway to my vacation destination, far from home when my car crapped out. Sitting on the curb I googled local mechanics and went with North Penn. They did not disappoint. My car was towed and dropped off at night, North Penn Auto had me back on the road the very next day! Vacation saved = Happy kids!
Thank you to Sean for the phone call to help explain my previous negative review for which I was misinformed about the work, my sincerest apologies for lashing out. I should not have maliciously attacked a business over a quote. It's nice to see owners who actually care about the quality of their shop and don't brush off a negative review like it doesn't matter.
