We have been patients of Dr. Alam for several years and are very satisfied with his care, with no concerns regarding his medical services. However, we would like to raise an issue regarding the reception service. Each time we try to call to book an appointment, we have difficulty reaching someone. On a recent attempt, my wife called the clinic, the call was answered, and then immediately disconnected. This has happened more than once and is becoming very frustrating. If I could give Dr. ali negative 100 I would. I had told him that I was previous cancer patient, had stage zero and asked him to continue to do my scans. He said he was doing the correct tests. Infact on 2025 September, after my tests I got a call that I was all good and my back I was complaining about was just back pain. Two weeks later I land in the hospital with stage 4 cancer. Dr. McCallion was my doctor from the time I moved to Brampton from Toronto in 1995 until he retired. He was a fantastic doctor. Some of the people who worked with him are still part of the current team and, for that, I am grateful. They are a very professional and friendly team. Dr. Jason Ali took over when Dr. McCallion retired and I couldn't be happier.
