I just want to say a huge "Thank you" to Tom for his help in getting our tankless back up. My wife had a heart attack and quadruple bypass a few weeks ago and then we started getting his error code ... so no hot water and no one to help. Noritz (manufacturer) had told us what the issue was. Tom fixed it, fixed it the first time and did NOT up sale me or try to scare us. I have two salon locations and I've worked with Tom for several years. He has done everthing from moving sinks to clearing drain clogs to leaks. He does top notch work and his quality is excellent. I highly recommend Tom and his services. You won't be disappointed.

We needed some one to replace our water heater and Tom came highly recommended by a coworker. He responded very quickly and came to assess our leaking water heater. Tom was very thorough in discussing our options. We used to run out of hot water, (teenagers!), and did not want to do that again. In the end we decided to go with 2 tankless water heaters. Now both of the kids can shower before school at the same time! Tom did a great job and was very reasonable. It was great to work with him and would recommend his work to anyo... read more
