I have been taking my dog to NPVC for 12.5 years now, every staff member and doctor has treated us with the utmost kindness and compassion. They have always given us options for treatments and follow up after any procedures or incidents! They have always accommodated our emergencies with promptness and clear communication! We can’t thank Dr. Souza and her amazing team enough for taking such great care of our dog. We were on a road trip up north and had stopped in town for the night when our dog suddenly started having severe projectile vomiting. It was incredibly scary, especially since we were so far from home. He had also injured his paw and was dealing with an eye issue. The clinic was able to take us in right away as an emergency. My dog had leg pain. Limping badly 2 years ago. They told me it was her left knee when I told them it was her right leg mostly they xrayed her left knee only. Ignored me.Said she would heal. Surgery not needed yet. Couple months later I took her back because she still limping. They xrayed her right knee only.
