Friendly staff. Had an eye exam appointment with Dr. Black back in may and he was great and answered all my concerns and questions thoroughly. I also came in today to get my eyeglass adjusted and the girl with short hair who helped me was wearing an “in training” tag so didn’t get her name but she was so friendly and was able to get my eyeglass to fit perfectly!! Nothing but good things to say about this place!
Who thought purchasing glasses would be so much fun. Thank you Aimee and Ivy! Aimee is "the bomb" at figuring out the billing - glasses are a necessity for some, BUT are not cheap! Dr. Black - not forgetting you, I feel expert in his field, takes his time which is very important to me, and married the best woman - a South African
I wanted to give a shoutout to a new employee named Cassandra! Both times I've been in there recently she has been the one to help me out. She is a wonderful human! Great customer service is hard to come by in Fort St John, and she has exceeded my expectations each time I've visited this past month. I'm a firm believer in giving recognition where it's due.
