Great at the clinic. Horrible over the phone. They can't even get a needed for mobility prescription to my pharmacy. And the attitude of the receptionist was rude. Fax machine? It's not 1990
If I could leave a zero I would. This clinic is poorly ran. No appointments no notice that they dont have a doctor to see you. Over 2 hours and the first person to go in has not come out and not one doctor had entered that room. I was 6th in line. Sit in a waiting room and wait. My home town kamloops will book you an appointment when you wait in line and come back that day.. What A Joke
