I dropped off 9 silk robes for getting ready the morning of my wedding which is this Sunday. They only returned 7 and now it’s too late. If you are reading this, please contact me since you’ve closed
Just had three shirts “tailored” and ruined. She clearly sewed in tighter than what was pinned when I was in. The shirts now fit like children’s clothing and I would not have given the green light if she pinned them that tight in the first place. Will be going in tomorrow to see how they make up for $300 of ruined apparel
I have never in my life pay for an alternation before the work was done. I knew this was a red flag. I went just to get the ranks cut off of a few shirts. They charged $4 per sleeve! I also dropped off my boots to get repaired. I dropped this all off on the 3rd and I wasn't able to pick anything up until the 14th(today). Not only did they throw my ranks away and had to dig in the trash for them but this is how they repaired my boots.
