I just recently bought a 2025grand Highlander and had a system malfunction on my dash. Decided to take my SUV here, I must say their service department is very friendly. I have had Joshua V and when Josh was out, he had another service gentleman named Kevin help assist me. I wish ALL dealership could take a lesson out of North Park Toyota. Service was great! They make sure you are taken care of.

Way overpriced. They wanted to charge $400 to replace my spark plugs. For those of you who don't know, four spark plugs cost $50, so I just did it myself. I'm sure they'll claim labor costs, but I did it in 15 minutes. Are these techs getting high six figures?
Always takes too long (2-8 hrs) scheduled. Made me sign a paper saying breaks were worn beyond. Had breaks changed another place; pads and rotors at half life. May never buy a Toyota or Toyota warranty again.
These people are so incompetent and straight up RUDE! I've been here for 3.5 hours for something they told me would take 30-35 minutes. After 1.5hrs, I asked for an update and it turns out they hadn't even started on my car! When they gave me a number to call for the man who is specifically working on my car, my call goes straight to their desk and not the guy.
