I absolutely love the property management office staff and maintenance team! Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and truly knowledgeable. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been prompt and professional. The residents are also kind and respectful, which creates a friendly atmosphere. The location is another huge plus—it’s centrally located with easy access to all major expressways. Overall, I feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home here.

The office is in disarray, the building is under funded, the plumbing is not in working order as there is always sewage backup. The location is wonderful and the cost is decent but if you're looking for an apartment with nice working conditions, this is not the building for you. They literally have people going from apartment to apartment changing cabinets DURING A PANDEMIC this is exactly how covid is spreading
