Awful conditions. Terrible. How can you live well and your park and tenants live like that? The streets almost destroyed my car. Absolutely terrible! Ought to be ashamed to own this place. You can see the owner doesn't care at all. Pitiful.

Quiet place to live but roads need to be fixed badly. Drive through slow so you don’t hurt your car.
It's been over 2 weeks I'm a renter and they have yet to fix my CHA unit all it needs is a blower motor. 😴
