after 3 weeks of searching&excruciating haggling, finally found np lincoln and bought my 2010 MKZ. purposely waited couple of months to write a review to ensure all promises were kept and services fulfilled - now i feel sheepish because it is standard practice for this elite team to go above and beyond the call of duty and wow their customers. really A LOT of car, no inefficiencies, total reliablity at an extremely fair price
I'm a first time Lincoln buyer and my experience with North Park Lincoln was amazing!!! Elliott Coelho was so helpful! I recommend him as a salesperson. He's very nice, very polite, and extremely helpful. Explains everything to your satisfaction and even if you ask about every single piece or button on that car he will gladly explain.
First time buyer a vehicle at North Park Lincoln was the best experience and most stress-free. Gilbert Hinojosa provided excellent customer service, dedicated and devoted to make sure that we were taken well care of. Most sales rep would disappear once they sold a car, but Gil didn't. He would answer and returned all my calls. Gil is very well organized and prepared. If I can give a 5 Star rating for Gil, I`ll choose 10+ for above and beyond! If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely be back to ask for Gil!
