I’m very very disappointed with the service center. I made an appointment for my vehicle maintenance and I told him about the windshield little crack. He said 2 hours max the vehicle would be ready. I waited there for 3 hours, nobody contacted me, I went to ask and the person in charge my vehicle was not there, they brought my car and they didn’t fix the windshield, they asked me to come back, which I did 3 days later and same thing, waited for 3 hrs and didn’t fix it. Excellent customer services. I cannot emphasize enough on how they go above and beyond to create a very positive experience for all guests. Starbucks is always available free of cost while you wait. Free car wash while vehicle is being services.
