I would just like to say that I have been a patient of this surgery for over 40 years and it is the worst it’s ever been, there is no duty of care whatsoever the receptionists lie to your face constantly, they hardly ever pick the phone up to you and you can never get an appointment. They just palm you off by telling you to go to the walk in centre or to A&E absolutely disgusting To top it off our taxes pay their wages!!! Appalling !!
