Dr. Hall and Lynn were so friendly and accomodating! I use a walker and they were very patient and helpful. They also considered my budget, which was extremely helpful. I am so grateful for this type of care.
Very disappointed with this dental office's customer service and billing practices. I have been a patient since the practice first opened, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My husband recently had an appointment, and the office called beforehand to make sure he was coming. However, when he needed to reschedule, the focus immediately shifted to making sure they had a credit card on file to charge a $50 cancellation fee. I am a current patient who called to be seen because I was in excruciating pain. The doctor reviewed my statement (that they called a 'virtual consult') and confirmed that I was in pain and they could see me in a week. They then billed me almost $200 for the "visit". I proceeded that day to find an emergency dentist, who found that my tooth was cracked, sent me to an endodontist, where I had a root canal done two hours later.
