it’s their north on sixty car
I called this company and agree with some of the other reviews, their customer service is lacking. jI called and they were unprofessional, he didn't seem to be paying attention, I actually think the guy was on something because his words were a bit slurred. They have a great website, however, I feel looks can be deceiving. Read the other reviews and they are mixed as well. I decided to go elsewhere.
I cannot speak to the quality of wood of North on Sixty but their customer service is atrocious. Rude, assumptive, and borderline abusive. I was greeted rudely on the phone and the person on the other line immediately assumed my skill levels then my gender. When I addressed the treatment I was receiving I was promptly hung up on. I would not recommend this lumber provider to anyone who cares about how they are treated by the people that they are working with. Truly a terrible and demoralizing experience.
I was blown away by the level of service, dedication and knowledge that Yuill provided. Some businesses genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide, and this is exactly the experience I had with North on Sixty. Yuill was incredibly knowledgeable and took a generous amount of time to share his in depth wisdom on a woodworking project I was interested in bringing to life. I will definitely make this my go to shop for future projects. Highly recommended!!
