I got the new gov dental plan called office for an appointment cleaned teeth very rushed needed crown and tooth removal Forms were not filled in properly when I called insurance company Unprofessional to send text saying not approved want to carry on price is said amount Was supposed to follow threw with insurance company no response If they didn’t want to deal with gov dental plan they only had to say Receptionist wasn’t helpful
Dr Kirchner along with his office staff, and hygienists are amazing. They were accommodating, kind and explained things all the way through my whole family’s appointments. Happy we made the move to their office.

Dr. Kirschner and the staff at North Okanagan Smile Dentistry provide one of the best experiences I've had in healthcare, not just dentistry. Very professional, easy to communicate with, and quality care provided.. I've had filling fall out after a year from other providers, but Dr. Kirschner's work is always higher quality and he works to find the best solution for my health needs. A excellent place to go!
