Definitely don’t recommend this place very unorganized and unprofessional called me due to insurance issues. Didn’t ask me if I had a different insurance or nothing just canceled it without speaking to me just left a voicemail. I called back made a new appointment. Fix my insurance issues. They put me on the schedule and once I show up to my schedule, apparently I’m not even scheduled.
Canceled my wife’s appointment because insurance issues so she called booked her appointment again talked to the lady on the phone fixed the issue and had made a new appointment to which apparently was canceled again without call or anything.
I moved here from Oklahoma and have been having some issues with bloating, fevers, and abnormal CT scan on my pelvis. Sacred Heart ER told me to get into a gynecologist, so I reached out to this place and they got me in with FNP-C Alexcia Pennell. At my first visit with her, I brought her my labs I had just done and CT reports that stated I had some lymph nodes that were showing up in my pelvis with a fever. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They have a 10 minute grace period in their policy. My wife showed up at 9:48 for an apt at 9:45. They refused to see her. After arguing with them over this, Christine sent my wife out and states she can no longer be seen here. I requested the footage to show the lady at the front desk lied and she stated she can't because my wife isn't a patient even though this her follow up appointment after the radiologist performed the breast exam.
