Called to make an appointment and was asked to hold, which I said was okay. A half hour later my call was just dropped, likely because it was 11:30 and the office staff was leaving for lunch. I can't comment on the medical care because I can't even make an appointment!
The ladies that answer the phone is rude and I can never speak to the doctor he is alway out of office or they say they will put in a request and never get a call back had another bad experience again everytime they get the nurse latasha to call me she has an attitude I will be getting a lawyer and reporting discrimination to my insurance as well I’m a patient I have concerns they don’t have to get mad because I’m asking health questions
