Love Dr Manuel he always takes his time with my children and is very thorough and checking them over
Dr.Mendez is great. I have lymphoma. When I'm mad at my oncologist and other Drs. He calms me down. I have been seeing him for years. He's my primary physician. The staff is great. Cheryl and his nurse Beatrice are outstanding and very caring. Love Dr Mendez. Never had a problem at all. Dr Mendez even will call the other Drs to see what is going on.

Dr Mendez is a doctor that really takes time with his patients and take good care of them. But, I've been having problem with the office service. I've never had to wait fir a doctor to be present in order to get prescribed shot by a certified nurse, not even for allergy shots. Well, here, I've to. I'm off on Friday and never had the opportunity of having my shots onthaon day of the week. (!?!?!?)
The receptionists there have no idea of what they're doing. Multiple times we've been seen and then made new appointments while there and when we come in for the new appointment they tell us our appointment doesn't exist and was never made even though we made the appointment while there. The receptionists are rude and ignorant and clearly aren't even capable of putting down appointments.
