I’ve been using this clinic for years and the drs amazing but the reception staff can be a pretty big hassle every time you need to renew or send a prescription to the pharmacy. Every time I’ve called to renew/send a prescription I’ve been told I’ll get a call back to let me know when the drs signed it off and it’s been sent. This can be super important if you have a medication that’s constantly out of stock at pharmacy’s and it’s first come first serve. My provider had sent out referrals for a mammogram I had made the appointment and day of they called and asked if I could come early. I told them that I couldn’t get off work any earlier due to being short staffed already but I would be there on time. First! Dr Summers is beyond amazing and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Always willing to listen and help with anything I just wish the other Drs would live up to the same standard she sets. When she's out of office, I am told with any refill request or follow up the on call Dr will not take anything or respond to anything until after 5PM.
