I’m looking for a new primary care provider. I’ve been to inter mountain before, not this location though. Not my favorite place to get medical care but not the worst. My issues r not usually with the providers, it’s the front desk, receptionists, and billing. Anyway, one of my specialists recommends a few doctors at this location so I call. The person on the phone was NOT helpful at all. I told her my insurance is Federal Blue Cross and she tells me to call the number on the back of my insurance card?!?!? Is she Lazy? Untra... read more
I came in with so much pain and the doctor didn’t do anything about it. I tried calling the next day to get help and nothing. They never got back to me and now I have to wait another day.
Dr. O and his team were very nice, friendly and were quick and on time. Great team.
This is the worse clinic ! Instant care team shows no compassion, front desk staff rude at the instant care also the doctors you’re just a number to them I rather to travel far to see a doctor vs going to this location again . Score deserve zero
