Dishonest billing, and nonexistant customer support. I was quoted $100 out-of-pocket for my urgent care visit. I paid this in full at the time of service, but was later billed an additional $217 without warning. When I questioned the charge, I was given dismissive answers, a non-functioning email address for disputes, and told contradictory things by staff.
