A five star service and quality of work ! My classic Alfa (1991) was damaged by another car rubbing along the side, the car was collected and returned and it was repaired to a very high standard and I was kept informed throughout I would recommend to everyone!
I don't recommend this service. My car came to you with a damaged rear bumper and left with a faulty electrical system. After reporting the car's failure, you hung up on me. You refuse to talk to me. I've spoken to three other service centers, and each one told me the same thing: that when the cables were reconnected, one of them was damaged or touched some metal or bodywork, and therefore was drawing full power. Car sent to these guys by a well known insurer after a no fault claim. I was very concerned with the negative feedback posted about the company but unfortunately this seems justified. Repairs took so long that the car was returned with one day on the MoT and grinding brakes so had to attend the main dealer the same day with the cost several hundreds of pounds to put the issues right.
