We have been patients for decades. No other primary dr we've had spent the time to explain everything making sure you leave knowing whatever you need. I personally have had many experiences that were challenging but Dr. Santiago always explained in "patient speak" so you understood. Sge and her staff are caring and very personable.

Cynthia is one of the most knowledgeable physicians, she is very kind and able to treat all types of issues, even if it is after hours. She was able to help me with some persistent medical issues that have been a problem. Her office staff is great, they are always willing to help, and the doctor is compassionate.
