After going thru a background check, this was the only option I was given for a drug test. I was a bit worried due to the previous reviews. I had no appointment but I needed to complete it by the end of the day. I was kindly directed to the proper desk and signed in. The young lady at the desk was very nice with a great smile. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes before someone called me back to do my test. I did that, got my ID back, and was told to have a great day. Don't like this place at all. The staff violate Hippa all darn day. You know what everyone is coming for bc the staff are sooo loud. Like if you believe in closed doors and confidentiality than this is not the place.

I was minutes late for my Son's appointment, reason being I couldn't find the building. I arrive to check him in & I'm told he won't be seen today because they marked him as a 'no show'.. I explain we've waited 6 months for this appointment and I couldn't locate the building from the main road. The front end calls the scheduler to the desk for her to tell me that he won't be allowed to have another appointment made because of being late and not calling. At this point I'm livid.
