THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. Sure you get water and garbage BUT THAT IS ALL YOU GET FOR YOUR RENT. These lots aren't even on pads - nothing but dirt. You need something fixed on your lot - FORGET IT - THEY DO NOTHING HERE! Recently LOTS of domestic disturbances and management will do NOTHING about it! Rent keeps going up and you get NOTHING for it. They don't even plow during the winter. AVOID THIS PARK AT ALL COSTS!
