We were on our way home from a trip to Lake Superior North shore when our car started to overheat. We limped off the highway to the nearest mechanic shop which fortunately landed us at North Oaks Auto service. Even though they were booked with jobs Kyle still took enough time out to quickly diagnose we had a cracked radiator! I had an excellent customer experience today at this business showed up without an appointment to have my GMC Acadia’s windshield washer spray replaced. I had the replacement part from NAPA with me and that was Ok with the garage. They replaced the damaged spray in under 20 minutes while I waited in a very comfortable sitting area and visited with the shop manager who was a Navy vet.
