I had an excellent customer experience today at this business showed up without an appointment to have my GMC Acadia’s windshield washer spray replaced. I had the replacement part from NAPA with me and that was Ok with the garage. They replaced the damaged spray in under 20 minutes while I waited in a very comfortable sitting area and visited with the shop manager who was a Navy vet. Kyle and his team fixed my Ford Explorer quickly! The cost came in below the estimate and they didn’t replace parts unnecessarily like the other shop was going to do. That’s honest, hometown service!
Kyle was great to do business with and got my car serviced in a timely manner at a fair price. What could’ve resulted in a whole day without a car was resolved in just a couple of hours. Definitely recommend their services.
