Great service from front desk staff. Dr Arsen takes the time to explain everything to the family and patient.
I've had pain in my ankle since I broke it almost 6 years ago. I've had surgery, physical therapy, walking boot, ankle braces, cortisone shots. I've seen three different doctors for this. Previously, I was told I needed to have minimum and ankle fusion surgery and possibly a joint replacement. I have had multiple MRIs, and they haven't shown anything obvious, so it has been pretty mysterious. I decided to get yet another opinion, and I ended up at North Oakland foot and ankle. The office went out of there way to get me in right away. We are fortunate to have Dr Arsen in our community!
We had such a great experience here and I would highly recommend coming here for any feet issues. They were great with my son who has anxiety anytime he goes to the doctor.
Everyone was very helpful and Dr Arsen is excellent!
