Everyone was courteous, considerate, professional and efficient. Dr.Kwartowicz was his usual patient and concerned self. His outfit was colorful too and he has a great sense of humor. This is the place to go to for exceptional service and care. I highly recommend this office. My opinion is still the same on April 15 , 2026.
From the first time you walk in the door the office is very welcoming. Staff is professional and client friendly. Doctor K is a very kind. I like that he doesn’t talk over your symptoms and makes product recommendations that benefit me. Great doctor and staff.
This was my first time at any ENT and I'm impressed. The staff are friendly as well. Dr. Carl Shermetaro was very informative and helpful. He answered my questions and concerns. I highly suggest him to anyone that needs an ENT specialist.
I really like Dr. Asha Downs but I will be looking for another ENT after the awful experience with her billing manager Britteny Ortiz.
I love Asha Downs. She listens and give honest answers. Great doctor!
