Dr Kwartowitz was very genuine and personable professional and handled my hearing/ear issue well. Gave me follow up appointments as needed. Alleviated my concerns. Office clean nice staff and on time .

Let me start by saying the audiologist and Dr. Carl Shermetaro were fantastic. Super caring and very very nice. Now the not so great part. I had an issue with my ear so I Googled Ear Dr.’s near me. This was the closest. So I looked at their reviews first. Several of the lower reviews stated that they love the Dr, but wasn’t over impressed with the front desk staff.
