Affordable. Nice staff. Only disappointment, my first visit was given a nexgaurd sample that was for a month. I was gonna have to go back in a month for more shots and was told at that time I’d be given another sample. Well turns out that depends on who you’re talking to. As when I asked about it, I was told you get one and have a nice day. Little things like that is what makes a difference between one vet to another. And it’s not so much the fact i didn’t get another sample. It’s more how I was treated when asking about it.... read more
My fur baby Bella was greeted with smiles coming through the door. The place was very clean & without any pet odors. The staff has given my Bella exceptional service. I'm very grateful & pleased.
This place does not give a hoot about your pet. Brought my cat here for bladder stones. Sent him home with a catheter still in, drain bag, iv and liquids that I was required to flush through myself every 4 hours for 2 weeks and it still costed $3k and no they do not take payment plans. Fine, whatever please just save my cat. Fast forward when my cat gets the catheter removed he's prescribed a urinary health food but nobody will take the "invalid" prescription so I have to fight tooth and nail with North Oak Animal Hospital a... read more
