Booked for phone appointment in which didn't happen. Also been sent on a wild goose chase which ended up by me loosing my licence for being a diabetic in which I was referring to se a endo. In which was already retired and then referred to a Illawarra clinic in which they sent me a email to say they can not help me and in the email said your doctor will contact me in which he didn't do..I feel ther staff do not give a cra.
Majority of docters as great.. Reception staff is disgusting with their rude manor, beyond dismissive, extremely unhelpful and blantently lie to your face and make poor excuse for why they can't help.. Customer service and customer care is non existent. I've been going to this practice for 46yrs when Rod Campbell ran it and made night time house visit if required.. I now hate having to book an appointment or dealing with the reception staff wether in person or over the phone..
The doctors here are good, which makes the experience at reception all the more disappointing. The reception staff, particularly those that work at the building on the right, are consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Every visit I have had feels like a major inconvenience to them, as though I am personally responsible for their bad day. The doctors at the practice are fantastic but unfortunately had a receptionist today who was rude and obnoxious. I was trying to get some medical care for my elderly mother and was treated like a nuisance. Not good enough.
