Been going here for about 9 years. My regular doctor recently retired and I had to choose a different one. After a few trials, I found Dr Hawkyard to be an excellent replacement. Ive seen him a number of times now and he is very thorough. He really hit the bullseye recently with some rather rare conditions which are responding well to treatment. I am very happy with him as my doctor
Despite their website saying they will bulk bill seniors who have a Commonwealth Seniors Card, I was summarily turned away. The man at the desk looked at me like I was an idiot, said we don’t take this card and handed it back. I had no choice but to leave and now two weeks later I am still suffering. This has been my doctors since 1981 when Dr Campbell ran it and I certainly miss his kind and human demeanour. Now their policy is not directed towards patients but their hip pocket. I have been a Patient of this Practice for several years and usually see Dr Roy. The care I’ve received is exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending the Doctors in this Practice. The Receptionists are always cheery and helpful. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive.
Thank you for your wonderful team. It's been a really tough journey to regain my full health. And I couldn't do it without Dr S Gouda.. and Dr Sloane previously. Feel finally that I have been given all the right tools to enable the best recovery. Thank you all so much. P.
