Great vet and friendly nurses. The vet is highly qualified. Highly recommend.
Get past the not quite pristine and follow up conditions people. The expertise to treat my dog's complex heart and lung issues is first class. There was follow up too from the nurse (terminology ?) My dog's regular Vet is further north, but I tried this Vet for a second opinion. The Vet is knowledgeable and the treatment he has prescribed for my dog has made a difference inside 2 weeks. called them about my missing bunny instantly got told “no rabbits handed in thankyou bye” they didn’t offer to take my details or anything, horrible service.
On 4/07/22 we booked our 2 dogs into be boarded for 5 days @$50 per day for Jan 23. Mid Sept we rang requesting a refund because we cancelled our trip due to a serious accident requiring long term hospitalisation & ongoing treatment. To say the staff were unco-operative is being kind. Many telephone calls & non returned promised calls and 4 months notice & genuine reason for cancelling from us.
