Absolutely love Nora's classes! She brings an upbeat, happy, and positive energy that makes every session genuinely fun. She’s also very attentive and makes sure your form is on point while offering encouragement throughout class. You can tell she really cares about helping everyone improve. The facility is also amazing. The equipment is in great shape and it's clean!
North Naples CrossFit has a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and is very convenient. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community. People from all different walks of life getting together and supporting each other to be better versions of themselves; even when that looks different day to day or month to month. If you stay consistent you WILL see results.
Another great season an NNCF! Many thanks to all the coaches for quality coaching & instruction, meeting each one of the members exactly where they’re at. I wasn’t able to train for about 6 months due to health reasons & then injury and NNCF made all the workouts possible & challenging. I love NNCF & would highly recommend to anyone learning looking for a new challenge!
