Sadly, we went off of the VRBO recommendation, and like the people below here. This was a terrible experience for us. We have never rented from owners that had absolutely no response, and would not even return calls. The place was dirty things were broken we could not do dishes for five days because the rubber on the dish washer was broken off. Absolutely awful experience staying here. The place is an absolute dump. The pictures are not an accurate depiction. We called the host to get some major issues addressed immediately after arrival and they tried to blame us even though we just arrived. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
July 2023 - We were very disappointed in this place. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong distasteful odor. The kitchen is in desperate need of an upgrade. The dishwasher did not work. When the owner was contacted he said to click the breaker a couple of times and that should get it going. Bedroom doors were separated from the hinges. You could see mold by the air vents. Similar to the last post regarding a lot of damaged items, although it may have gotten worse by the time we stayed. Considering the owners claimed they were unaware of the damages but in the prior post knew about them and still didn’t fix them, would be concerned for the next guests. Location is great but the cost is super high and the place is falling apart. It really needs investment.
Location was great and set up was perfect for the group we had. Upstairs can only be accessed by the steps outside. Could not hear those upstairs when downstairs. There was a lot of damaged perks (hammock, pull table, foosball table, small appliances, grills) when we stayed which in my opinion didn't make it worth the price but owner says he'll work on improvements.
