The experience was exceptional. Working with Kelli, she kept me informed of the progress. Hunter came out after the snow and the cold, and he took his time even in the bitter cold to check the heat pump. He found the problem and what was going to need done to proceed. Also, when he was leaving, he explained everything he completed during his time here working on the heat pump.
