Awful experience with owner and this company. We are building a new home, and North Mountain HVAC never finished nor showed any interest of finishing their mess after getting full pay. It was a struggle to get responses and even a call back from day 1, and extremely difficult to schedule them to come on site. Owner never answered his phone, we called and texted for 1-2 weeks before getting an answer. And the answer was always very nonchalant and excuses. Excellent service. Kellie is always so responsive, informative, and pleasant to work with when calling in and works to make sure you get on the schedule and stay informed. The techs are easy to work with and thoroughly investigate whatever the issue is while still maintaining efficiency. 10/10 for customer service, quality, and value.
I email them in the evening asking for service on my heating system and the mechanic arrived 9:30 the next morning. I received my invoice via email within an hour and promptly paid online. A well run business!
