Chuck is an absolute amazing dermatologist! I go in every three months just cause I love catching up with him plus, I also need it for my skin!
I haven’t had the pleasure having an appointment and now I’m not sure I will. After the phone call and the message I just got, my child and I were referred to this office by our primary doctor, however I just had pelvic surgery. ’ve gotten so many calls and texts I can’t count. I finally answered and let the office know of this and boy the “office manager” could care less. Do better. Went in and my dr was fast and checked every area I had concern. Did a biopsy of a spot. I didn't feel a thing till about 5 mins later when I sat in my car lol Latex warning though. They do have latex in the office
MY PREVIOUS “DR” HAS LEFT THE PRACTICE, THE REPLACEMENT IS PRESCRIBING HALF THE PHARMACY. SAID MY OINTMENT HAD SIDE EFFECTS THAT I WANTED REFILLED,NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES FOR TWO YEARS.I BLAME MYSELF FOR not CONTINUING APPLICATIONS LONG ENOUGH after rash had gone. I want the oldest dr on staff to be assigned to me. Sorry for the review, l am 78 and still working
I had a staff member walk in on me while naked for my exam and was in and out of the exam in under 5 minutes. Wrote feedback and the response I received from the office manager was, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” No follow up from doctor to discuss naturopathic options.
