Applied prescription as directed and ointment appeared to be working after two weeks. Follow up with doctor confirmed that treatment appears to be working and that I should continue with ointment application. The following day after the follow up appointment I had itchy sores again on the back of both of my ankles. I will continue with the doctor’s directions and see if the treatment will help. If not, I’ll schedule another visit.

I have been seeing Chuck Rimer for many years starting when he was at the Peoria Ave office. I remember the first day I met him at Peoria Ave office (Dr Bauer’s old office). He was so funny, kind, warm congenial, and put me right at ease. He’s experienced, well educated, and knows his stuff. I could find someone closer to my home with better parking but once I find a great doctor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner I stick with them until they retire or don’t take my insurance any longer.

If you're looking for quality care they are not the place. They tell you they can't help. This after insisting they actually look at the issue before diagnosing. Your condition is generalized and not taken seriously. Without any history of the issue it will become chronic and get worse and that they can't help. Positive place. Hand you a self help paper that they feel they need to read to you and send you on your way. Don't forget the outrageous copay and premiums on your way out.
