Very run down. Pool isn't usable, empty lots not mowed, but they have beautiful flowers at the entrance.🤦♀️
It's basically a ghost town of what it used to be but it's pretty clean compared to the other trailer parks around here
The new owners aren’t invested in our community—they’re invested in profit. To them, we’re not neighbors or families; we’re a revenue stream. Their only goal is to squeeze as much money out of North Morris Estates as possible to satisfy shareholders and outside investors. They have no interest in building relationships, uplifting residents, or understanding the people who actually live here. This is corporate extraction, not community care.
