The day after I was discharged from another hospital, I went to the ER in Hamilton, hoping to be evaluated so I wouldn’t have to drive two hours back to my original hospital. Not only did they refuse to even examine the areas I was concerned about, but they were also dismissive and unkind and they wouldn’t even allow my husband to come back with me for support. If I could go lower in rating, I would. I went in with severe chest pains and being 38.5 weeks pregnant. We waited 45 minutes with being the only people in the waiting room and no a single car in the parking lot and never got seen, so we drove onto jasper instead and got seen in 5 minutes.
They literally have no idea what they’re doing.
I loved the er the doctor was fantastic and truly cared when I felt a lot of other doctors didn't and the staff was so caring.
