Dr Anderson is one of the best doctors I’ve met on my 43 years on this planet. He genuinely cares about patients and he has a big heart. Listened to everything that was going on and helped me in more ways than just treating me. He is a very good man! His nurse was just as great they were quick and steadily checked on me. Dr if you see this thank you again for treating me like a human being and helping me so quickly!!!
5/6/23 Took my baby to the Er on yesterday bc she was running a high fever. Doctor concluded that it was just a virus and should be clear in about 3/4 days and to keep giving her Tylenol and Motrin. The nurse that came in to swab her, swabed both of her nostrils instead of one of her nostrils and her throat She ran a fever all night. Child went to the er due to a high fever. She got in and got her test results within an acceptable time frame. However, they decided to hold the paper work hostage FOR OVER AN HOUR. No way in god's green earth should anyone have to wait that long just for paper work. If you go here, be prepared to possibly wait forever, or just walk out, as I instructed my wife to do. Insurance will not cover it, and I am ok with that. They will have to pry that money from my cold dead hands.
This place was horrible and had the worst customer service with their patience. They yelled and took their frustrations out on their patients. Jacob one of the workers stated, “ she’s just telling you how it is” after she got smart with me for asking a simple question. This was the worst most uncomfortable situation ever.
