VERY mixed reviews. They card for my Father in his last couple years, and it is an odd mix of very caring, knowledgeable, very professional people with certifications - and other, not-so-caring, not-so-certified, and not very knowledgeable people. It was really hit-and-Miss (you catch the entendre?). At one point, they had Three Air filters they were charging us for, claiming it would boost the Oxygen level three times.
