They often deliver meat meals even though I have been on the vegetarian plan for almost 3 years. Numerous calls and emails to them have not fixed the issue. They provided a cooler for the meals which is on the front steps but some volunteers ignore instructions on the delivery to leave it in the cooler and knock on my doir (I can’t hear anyone knocking unless I’m in the living room, and then they won’t leave the meals. I am ignored when I leave voice mail message at their office. I also send email which isn’t answered.
