We paid off our equipment 47 days ago and to date we are still waiting for a lien release. We were originally told up to 30 days to get the release. then we were told 4-5 weeks and now we are being told, they will look into it. That was 2 days ago and no answers.

This place should be absolutely ashamed of themselves we have payed for over two years on a work truck and just found out we still owe exactly what we bought the truck for over 40,000.00 dollars payed in and only 2000.00 has went onto principal. Way to screw the working man!!!! Learn from my mistake and Avoid these people at all costs

I wish I could give a 6-star rating. I called North Mill Equipment Finance in need of customer service assistance for my account of years ago. From my initial call and speaking to the first representative, who was very courteous and told me she would have someone call me from the proper department. I received a call in only a few minutes from Ellen Miller. I explained to her the situation and what I needed. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Stay away from them - useless and lying people. Always trying to lure you in and then offering outrageous interest rates and financing terms. To be avoided at any price
